BÍLÝ BERÁNEK
Our yoga studio "Bily beranek" is located in the very center of Pisek town, just a few meters away from the main church. The studio is to be found on the ground floor of the Baroque house "U Bílého beránka". The studio's maximum capacity per class is 10 clients. We are fully equipped with premium quality Manduka yoga mats, blocks and straps. The studio also has a small bar, where you can treat yourself to a coffee, tea or something small to eat before or after your workout. As there is a limited number of spaces available, it is necessary to make a reservation prior to your arrival. We look forward to your visit and hope you will enjoy it.

VINYASA YOGA

is a connection between breath and movement and evolved from ashtanga vinyasa yoga, famous especially in the USA by yoga master K. Pattabhi Jois. Ashtanga vinyasa yoga has comprehensive and structured sets of sun salutations and asanas. Vinyasa flow is basically Ashtanga vinyasa in free style. Thanks to the movement, it keeps our minds present and gives us the opportunity to fully experience the presence, but at the same time it does not have a predetermined structure of Ashtanga Vinyasa, so the practitioner can create her own set, which in turn approaches hatha yoga.
POWER VINYASA YOGA


most importantly this yoga style warms the body and helps the heat in body flow. Due to the warming of the body and subsequent sweating, there is a better excretion of toxins from the body. A more aerobic style helps to lose weight, muscles are not only more flexible but also stronger when practiced regularly. Breath is the basis form which movement develops and transitions from position to position are aligned with the breath and its individual phases. Vinyasa often uses the breath of the Ujjaji and other pranayama techniques. Sun salutations are present the whole lesson through. The individual sets of asanas are divided by the sequences Chaturanga dandasana, Cobra (or Upper facing dog) and Downward facing dog.
OM CHANTING
OM CHANTING is a very powerful group, spiritual, harmonizing and transforming technique that uses the cosmic vibrations of the sacred OM mantra to heal itself, humanity and Mother Earth. OM CHANTING has the ability to harmonize and transform participants at all levels of being, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

By chanting OM in a group assembled in a specific way in sacred geometry, the healing power of OM is amplified and multiplied. Feelings, thoughts and negativity are transformed. OM CHANTING affects not only everyone involved, but also the surroundings, including people, animals, buildings and nature up to a distance of 2 km.

There is no need to book for this lesson and it is completely free. Come anytime.

About Our Yoga Teachers

I have been doing sports since I was a child. I first encountered yoga during a long stay abroad and I was completely excited about it. I have tried different types of yoga and I like to practice all of them. As a teacher, I focus on calm yoga, which is connected with the principles of healthy movement.

Because I wanted to learn more about yoga than is possible in regular group lessons, I decided to continue studying it. In the spring of 2018, I successfully completed a 200-hour yoga instructors' certification course in Prague. I am currently continuing my studies to deepen my knowledge even further.

My lessons are taken at a slow pace. It is important to me to strive for healthy, and therefore correctly performed, movement. Yoga is not just about physical exercise, yoga or wholeness or unification; in my opinion it is an approach to life, a life path and a goal.
